Our Care Planning process is pretty unique. We usually begin with a telephone conversation to get a brief overview of your needs and current position. If we are able to offer support, we will let you know the next steps during or after this initial conversation.
We can support you to draw up a Care Plan. This might be required for funding (Local Authority/Continuing Health Care) or you might be employing your own Personal Assistants that require guidance and support with their role.
Care Plans are tailored to YOUR needs, and all begin with a blank template.
Should you choose to opt for a Direct Payment as a way of receiving your Personal Budget, we can support you with a Fully Managed Support package. You're still in control of how your needs are met, and when, but we take care of the paperwork and finances.
Should you choose to employ a team of Personal Assistants, we can support you with your Payroll and HMRC Correspondence.

We offer bespoke Recruitment Packages to our clients. We work with you to draw up a Job Description, Person Specification and other relevant documents with the aim of matching you to a perfect PA.
